Jessica Simpson Partners With Emface, the Latest Facial-Sculpting Technology

BTL Aesthetic’s latest innovation in noninvasive toning treatments, Emface, has been getting buzz all over social media for being one of the first sculpting treatments to lift and tone the muscles in the face. Now, Jessica Simpson has added to the list of Emface advocates, as she posted an Instagram reel yesterday showing her first Emface treatment and announcing herself as an official Emface partner.

In her lighthearted and candid reel, Simpson shows her genuine reaction to feeling the effects of Emface for the first time. The star laughs and shivers at the tingling but totally painless sensation and even remarks that it feels like she has “been kissed by Emface all over!” In the caption of her post, Simpson reiterates that the experience is essentially like getting kissed by the device, and that she can’t wait to see her results.

Emface has been making waves since its launch for being a painless and noninvasive alternative to facial-toning procedures, and Denver dermatologist Joel Cohen, MD explains that the treatment is groundbreaking in that Emface targets such a large number of facial muscles that would be virtually impossible to recruit all at once on your own. “Think about all the muscles in the cheek, where the Emface applicators are laying over,” he begins. “They’re laying over the zygomaticus, minor zygomaticus and levator labii superioris and actually causing contractions in all of these muscles, which is pretty cool.”

In terms of how the technology works, Dr. Cohen explains that Emface yields such great results by combining both high intensity focused electrical stimulation and radio-frequency in order to stimulate the musculature of the forehead and cheek areas, resulting in a toned and lifted appearance. For a better visual, Dr. Cohen explains that Emface works in a similar way to “when you go to the gym and work out your muscles, and then you come home and look in the mirror and flex and you see that muscle contraction—the muscle is activated in such a way that it’s sort of activating that entire muscle group.” Dr. Cohen says most patients have seen a significant improvement in the appearance of the jawline as well as a lifted look in the brow-lid complex.

When it comes to celebrity advice, Jessica Simpson is one of our favorite people to look for in terms of what products, treatments and routines she’s using to look and feel her best. As an official brand partner, we can’t wait to see Simpson’s results and what else she has in store for this new partnership. Now we want to be kissed by Emface too, Jessica.
