Nailing the fragrance game is no easy feat, but if there’s one brand that has captured the hearts of users everyone more than anyone in the past several years, it’s Sol De Janeiro. Known for it’s delicious smelling and effective products, Sol De Janeiro has been raved about on social media from fans and celebs alike for their cheekily named products like their best-selling Brazilian Bum Bum Cream ($48). But, more recently a different realm of Sol De Janeiro products have been taking the internet by storm, and have become so popular that the brand sells one every seven seconds.
The Sol De Janeiro products that are flying off shelves
If you keep up with trending products, you’ve undoubtedly seen Sol De Janeiro’s Perfume Mists on your explore pages in the hands of customers, influencers and even celebrities who can’t get enough–Summer House’s Paige DeSorbo even named the Cheirosa ’68 ($38) the “superior” scent in a recent Amazon Live Stream. Not only are the brand’s hair and body mists popular online, they’re also flying off shelves. This week, the brand revealed that they sell a fragrance mist every seven seconds. Known for their delectable array of scents and long wear, it’s no surprise that Sol De Janeiro’s mists are plopping into shopping carts everywhere.
This week, the brand is releasing a limited edition fragrance mist that encapsulates a more sultry, slightly darker vibe than their traditionally light and summery scents. The After Hours Perfume Mist “invokes the sense of wonder and intrigue that comes along when the sun goes down,” and “the feeling of the nights you wish would never send,” the brand says. The new fragrance is an amber, floral scent with notes of patchouli, black currant and midnight jasmine, all of which are bound to create an intoxicating cocktail we’re sure will be flying off shelves soon, too.
