If you had to choose one, which movie star would you have dinner with? My personal pick, which will forever be Jennifer Aniston, has been my beauty icon for as long as I can remember. Among the questions I would ask if we ever had the chance to chat with Aniston: What are the beauty products you use on set?
With season two of The Morning Show on the horizon—in early June, HBO announced that the second season will hit on September 17, 2021 with Aniston front and center—we figured there was no better way to celebrate than with a blast back to January to take a look at Aniston’s pre-show prep products, from makeup to skin care.
With caption “Dream Team,” Jennifer Aniston storied a photo of her makeup artist, Angela Levin, and hairstylist, Chris McMillan, in front of a slew of products. While it’s unclear what all of the products are, we could make out some of the goods on the Aniston boudoir at first glance.
Getting the Jennifer Aniston look: the skin care and makeup products behind the star’s beauty looks
Taking care of the skin is the first step to a solid look, so for prep, Levin uses Charlotte Tilbury Magic Night Cream ($45), La Mer The Renewal Oil ($135), Dior Dreamskin Skin Perfector ($85), what appears to be Augustinus Bader The Cream ($265), and Tatcha The Serum Stick ($48), a product which claims to reduce fine lines and minimize UV damage. To finish off before moving on to makeup on Aniston, he sprays Heritage Store Rosewater Spray ($8).
In terms of face makeup, for foundation on Jennifer, Levin opts for Pat McGrath Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Foundation ($68). To blend all her makeup products in, she uses the classic beautyblender ($20).
More products we see among the lineup of goodies are Grande Cosmetics GrandeLIPS Hydrating Lip Plumper Gloss ($27) Dr. Hauschka Lip Care Stick ($15), and Tatcha The Kissu Lip Mask ($28). Now that my most-pressing question has been answered, all there’s left to do is add all these products to my beauty and makeup collection.
